Struggle with your body confidence or don’t feel you’re very sporty? Don’t worry – classes are small and filled with friendly people in the same boat as you. We’re all in this together, and we’ll look out for each other. However, if you don’t feel comfortable in a busy class, you can arrange a private or semi-private session: great for those who are new to Pilates.
