1.1  PURPOSE OF POLICY.  Esenyl’s Pilates LLC, a Virginia limited liability company doing business as Esenyl’s Pilates (“us,” “we,” “our,” “Esenyl’s Pilates,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy rights of its visitors and users on epilatesfairfax.com (the “Site” or “Website”).  Our lawyers drafted this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to demonstrate our commitment to protecting: (a) the collection, use, and disclosure of your information on the Site and (b) the services, features, content or applications we offer (together with the “Site,” the “Service” or “Services”).  When you access or use our Site and Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.  You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy whenever you visit the Site.

1.2  NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN.  Naturally, the safety of children and the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online is very important to us.  We are a general audience website. We do not direct any of our content specifically at children under the age of 13 as defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.  We do not share, sell, or rent personal information about users under the age of 13.  Further, if we learn or have reason to suspect that a Site user is under the age of 13, we will promptly delete any personal information we have for that individual.


2.1  WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT.  We (or third party data or ad networks we work with) collect Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”).  Personally Identifiable Information includes your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, credit card number, and other relevant information. We may additionally collect Other Information in a variety of ways.  Other Information is any information that does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to an individual. Other information includes browser and device information, app usage data, demographic information, information provided by you, and information collected through tracking technologies.

2.2  HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION.  We collect information from you when you send us a message using the contact form on Site, sign up to join our mailing list/newsletter, sign up for a MIND/BODY account to book your sessions, and via our use of Google Analytics (please see Section 3.4).

2.3  HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION.  The information we (or third party data or ad networks we work with) collect from you may be used in the following ways: to personalize your experience, respond to your questions or other requests, contact you regarding the administration of your account, provide, personalize, and improve our products, improve our customer service, process transactions, provide you with marketing and promotional emails and newsletters, help our advertisers and other partners measure the effectiveness and distribution of their ads and services, and improve Site or services for business purposes.

2.4  HOW COLLECTED INFORMATION IS SHARED.  We will not disclose information we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary, including: to respond to your inquires and fulfill your requests, display relevant and personalized ads, as permitted or required by law, to protect against or prevent liability, and to comply with our terms and conditions.

  1.  TRACKING AND ADVERTISING.  We may employ various tracking technologies, such as cookies, web beacons, and analytics software, that help us better manage content on our Service by informing us what content is effective.

3.1  COOKIES.  When you visit our website or otherwise interact with the Service we (or third party data or ad networks we work with) may send one or more “cookies” to your computer or other devices.  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers stored on your computer through your web browser and are used by most websites to help personalize your web experience.  Some cookies may facilitate additional site features for enhanced performance and functionality such as remembering preferences, allowing social interactions, analyzing usage for site optimization, providing custom content, allowing third parties to provide social sharing tools, and serving images or videos from third party websites.  Some features of this Site will not function if you do not allow cookies. We may link information we store in cookies to any Personally Identifiable Information you submit on the Site.

We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies.  A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time.  Persistent cookies enable us to track and target the interest of our users to enhance the experience on our Site. Functional cookies, persistent and session type, store information to enable core Site functionality.

Analytics cookies allow us to count page visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our Site and our marketing campaigns.

Advertising cookies may be set through our website by our advertising partners.  Data may be collected by these companies that enable them to serve up advertisements on other sites that are relevant to your interests.

3.2  WEB BEACONS.  We (and third party data or ad networks we work with) may use Web Beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about our Service, or other information we or they have collected.  Web Beacons are tiny graphic objects that are embedded in a web page or email and are usually invisible to the user but allow checking that a user has viewed the page or email. Web Beacons may be used within the Service to track email open rates, web page visits, and form submissions.  This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

3.3  DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS.  We do not currently honor the “do not track” signals issued by browsers or other third party sources.

3.4  ANALYTICS SOFTWARE.  We (and third party data or ad networks we work with) use log files on our Service to gather certain information automatically and store it for analytical purposes.  This information includes internet protocol (“IP”) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.  We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and other, similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of the Service and report on activities and trends.  This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps, and online resources.

We use this information to track and aggregate Other Information to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Service, and to gather demographic information about our user base.

3.5  ADVERTISING NETWORKS.  We may partner with third party data or ad network(s) and other service providers to show you relevant ads, including ads displayed on the Service and on other companies’ websites or apps, on any of your devices.  We and our service providers may use cookies and web beacons to deploy and read cookie identifiers and Mobile Ad IDs, associated with your activities on the Service, third party web sites, mobile apps or other information we collect, to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests.  They may also use these technologies, along with activity information they collect, to recognize you across the devices you use, such as a mobile device and a laptop or other computer. These ad networks and their customers may also use any of this information to measure ad performance, understand their (or our) audience, or otherwise improve and enhance their marketing.

Similarly, we or a third party data partner may associate cookies with hashed (non-human readable) versions of your registration data (e.g., your email address), along with other interest-based or demographic data.

  1.  TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND RATINGS.  If you submit testimonials, reviews, or ratings to our Service, any Personally Identifiable Information you include may be displayed.  If you want your testimonial, review, or rating removed, please contact us.
  2.  THIRD PARTY WEBSITES.  This Site is linked to other websites, including: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Yelp, and MindBody.  We have no control over the privacy practices or content of linked websites. If you choose to visit the linked websites it is your responsibility to review the privacy policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.
  3.  SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION.  The security of personal information is a high priority to Esenyl’s Pilates.  The Service has reasonable security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse, or alteration.

7.1  COMMUNICATIONS FROM US.  You may “opt-out” of receiving marketing and promotional emails from us at any time by emailing hello@esenyls.com.

7.2  SHARING PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES.  If you would prefer we do not share your personally identifiable information on a going-forward basis with third parties, you pay “opt-out” by emailing hello@esenyls.com.

We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable.  Please note, if you “opt-out” of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you messages for administrative or other purposes.

  1.  CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.  Esenyl’s Pilates reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.  It is strongly recommended to check this page each visit, referring to the date of the last modification listed.  Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when the revised Privacy Policy is posted. Your use of the Site and Services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.  If you object to any of the changes, you must cease to use this Service.
